Interview Scholarships:
The IHSRA Scholarship Foundation was established in 2006. Donations, 50/50 and merchandise sales, jackpots, etc. allow us to award our graduating seniors scholarships. Any senior student may apply for this scholarship. A scholarship application must be completed and submitted with the required accompanying documents to the Scholarship Interview Coordinator at the State Finals Rodeo. Each applying member must also participate in a 15 minute interview with the Scholarship Interview Panel. During the interview, the member will be scored on his/her application, responses to questions, involvement in IHSRA, as well as school, church, and community service activities.
The number of scholarships given each year and the amounts awarded are based on the number of applications received. Scholarships are given in two-applicant increments from four applications and up.
